🔹Marinate 1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes with 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chilli paste, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 4 tbsp maida, 3 tbsp cornflour, 1 egg, 7-8 kadipatta, red food color, salt n pepper... Keep aside for about n hour n deep fry in hot oil till nicely done... Keep aside...

🔹Heat oil in a wok, add in 1/4 cup chopped garlic, 4 green chillies slit, 10-12 kadipatta, give it a mix, add in 50 gms yogurt or depending upon how much gravy you want, now add in 1/2 cup schezwan chutney, salt, pepper n ajinomoto, mix everything well... Now add in fried chicken pieces, spring onion green part, mix well... Off the flame... Serve hot... Enjoy❤
