Raisin juice - home remedies for constipation in babies

INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp raisins2 tbsp water INSTRUCTIONS FOR BABIES AFTER 6 MONTHS: Measure a tbsp of raisins, add it to a bowl containing water.Rinse it well. Rinse well and discard the water.Now transfer rinsed dry grapes to a bowl. Add 1 tbsp water to it.Soak it overnight. Next day it would have bulged.Now squeeze the grapes well with your fingers. Now transfer it to a strainer along with water and strain it.Press well to extract the juice completely.Discard the raisins and feed raisins water to babies as first food in the morning.You can give 1 to 2 tsp of juice and gradually increase the quantity.
